Cherie E.

Cherie started her career in veterinary medicine 13 years ago and has been hooked ever since. Working in a variety of positions over the years at general practice, specialty and emergency, Cherie has gained a lot of experience in the field. She was very excited to join EVS Urgent Care to help provide clients and patients that much needed bridge between regular veterinary care and emergency. Enjoying a more personable and hands on approach than any she has experienced before. 

Cherie relocated from San Diego, California in 2020 with her dog Tribble. She has since added a second dog to the family named Rogelio and a Crested Gecko named Puckmaren. Cherie enjoys fostering with the Chicago Herpetological Society and currently has a long term foster Leopard Gecko named Beetus. In her free time Cherie is an avid reader, she loves coffee, and enjoys spending time indoors during the cozy winter months cuddling with her dogs and a good book.
